WHAT IS THE NATIONAL DATABASE (BNDH) AND WHAT ARE ITS USES?
The National Hydrocarbon Database is a digital compendium and archive of all geological, geophysical and seismic information collected through hydrocarbon exploration and prospecting activities in the national territory throughout the history of hydrocarbon exploration on Dominican soil and sea dating back to 1904. The BNDH allows gaining access, unloading and linking all this information in a manner that stakeholders can interpret them adequately and assess the potential of hydrocarbons in the Dominican Republic.
