WHAT WILL THIS INFORMATION BE USED FOR?

The BNDH will enable the Dominican State to invigorate the sector, attracting world-renowned company investments in the hydrocarbon sector interested in conducting further in-depth studies to enhance information already existing in the BNDH, and will help to assess the commercial potential of hydrocarbon production in the Dominican Republic. The BNDH will serve as the basis for public bidding processes of oil blocks to be called by the Energy and Mines Ministry.
